電子陶瓷材料鈦酸鋇的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:采用固相反應(yīng)法制備電子工業(yè)用BaZr_xTi_(1-x)O_3材料,研究不同燒結(jié)溫度和時間的物相組成、顯微組織形貌和介電性能。結(jié)果表明,隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,BaZr_xTi_(1-x)O_3中的物相組成沒有明顯變化,但結(jié)構(gòu)由四方體變?yōu)榱⒎襟w;當(dāng)燒結(jié)溫度從1 250℃升高至1 350℃時,材料的平均晶粒尺寸從29μm增加至39μm;當(dāng)晶粒尺寸較小時,材料主要形成90°疇和180°疇,增加晶粒尺寸,材料主要形成180°疇。
[Abstract]:BaZr_xTi_ (1-x) O _ 3 materials for electronic industry were prepared by solid state reaction method. The phase composition, microstructure and dielectric properties of BaZr_xTi_ (1-x) O _ 3 were studied at different sintering temperature and time.
