用后脫硫攪拌器耐火澆注料的再生利用研究

【摘要】:本文以用后KR法鐵水預(yù)處理脫硫攪拌器澆注料為原料,采用破碎、碾壓、篩分及酸溶液浸泡等方式,重點(diǎn)研究了再生處理工藝。利用XRD、SEM及化學(xué)分析等方法對(duì)原料與再生料的礦物組成、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。并對(duì)以再生料為主要原料制備的再生中間包永久襯與再生攪拌器進(jìn)行了研究,取得了較好的實(shí)驗(yàn)效果。論文分別對(duì)碾壓時(shí)間、酸溶液浸泡時(shí)間對(duì)再生料質(zhì)量的影響;再生料加入量及粒度加入形式對(duì)試樣性能的影響進(jìn)行了研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)破碎后的物料質(zhì)量較差,顆粒料的體積密度僅在2.45~2.62g/cm3之間,假顆粒質(zhì)量大于50%;碾壓處理后,顆粒料中假顆粒含量大幅度降低;碾壓時(shí)間25~40min為佳,顆粒體積密度可達(dá)2.70~2.80g/cm3,假顆粒含量降到10~15%;碾壓后99%的鋼纖維脫離。(2)通過(guò)鹽酸溶液浸泡更有效地降低再生顆粒料中假顆粒含量,提高再生顆粒料的質(zhì)量;浸泡時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),鹽酸濃度越高,除雜效果越好;浸泡60h后假顆粒含量可降至2.0~2.5%之間。(3)以再生料3~1mm、1~0mm及細(xì)粉為原料,制備中間包永久襯試樣。經(jīng)110℃×24h干燥后:體積密度、氣孔率及常溫強(qiáng)度均優(yōu)于對(duì)比樣;當(dāng)分別加入3~1mm、1~0mm及細(xì)粉的再生料時(shí),制備三組試樣。經(jīng)110℃×24h干燥后:體積密度、氣孔率及常溫強(qiáng)度與對(duì)比樣接近;(4)經(jīng)1350℃×3h燒后,全部用再生料制備的試樣各項(xiàng)性能最好。因此再生料能夠應(yīng)用于中間包永久襯。(5)以再生料8~5mm、5~3mm、3~1mm為原料制備的再生攪拌器試樣:隨著加入量的增加試樣的高溫抗折強(qiáng)度呈先增大后減小的趨勢(shì):當(dāng)加入量為45%時(shí)強(qiáng)度最大為1.59MPa,而加入量為55%時(shí)強(qiáng)度最小為0.69MPa。再生料取得了較好的實(shí)驗(yàn)效果,因此8~5mm、5~3mm、3~1mm的再生料可以作為再生攪拌器的原料。
[Abstract]:In this paper, using the castable of desulphurization agitator pretreated with KR method as raw material, crushing, rolling, sieving and soaking in acid solution were adopted, and the regenerative treatment process was emphatically studied. The mineral composition, microstructure and chemical composition of raw materials and regenerated materials were compared by XRD,SEM and chemical analysis. The permanent lining and regenerative agitator of regenerated tundish made from recycled material were studied and good experimental results were obtained. The effects of rolling time and soaking time of acid solution on the quality of regenerated materials and the effects of addition amount and particle size of recycled materials on the properties of the samples were studied in this paper. The results show that: (1) the mass of the broken material is poor, the bulk density of the particle is only between 2.45~2.62g/cm3 and the mass of the false particle is larger than 50, the content of the false particle in the pellet decreases significantly after rolling treatment. The compaction time 25~40min is the best, the volume density of particles can reach 2.70 ~ 2.80 g / cm ~ 3, and the content of false particles decreases to 10 ~ 15%. After rolling, 99% steel fiber was separated. (2) the content of false particles in regenerated pellets was reduced more effectively by immersion in hydrochloric acid solution, and the quality of regenerated particles was improved, the longer the soaking time was, the higher the concentration of hydrochloric acid was, the better the effect of removing impurities was. After immersion for 60 h, the content of false particles can be reduced to between 2.0% and 2.5%.
