蒸壓加氣混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度快速推定的研究

【摘要】:為解決蒸壓加氣混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)周期長(zhǎng)、檢測(cè)過(guò)程繁瑣的問(wèn)題,研究了一種推定抗壓強(qiáng)度的快速方法。首先,經(jīng)過(guò)大量試驗(yàn)得到了不同含水率的實(shí)測(cè)抗壓強(qiáng)度與含水率為8%~12%的蒸壓加氣混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度之間的換算系數(shù);然后,將所測(cè)樣品破碎并全部通過(guò)19.0 mm方孔篩,混合均勻后用四分法稱(chēng)取100 g,置于(105±5)℃干燥箱中干燥1 h,快速測(cè)試含水率;最后,結(jié)合換算系數(shù)與實(shí)測(cè)抗壓強(qiáng)度換算含水率為8%~12%的抗壓強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of long period and tedious detection process of compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete, a fast method of estimating compressive strength is studied. Firstly, the conversion coefficient between the measured compressive strength of different moisture content and the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete with 8% moisture content is obtained by a large number of tests.
