合成條件對(duì)高硅SSZ-13分子篩膜單氣體滲透性能的影響

【摘要】:采用2次水熱合成法在多孔莫來(lái)石支撐體外表面上制備高硅SSZ-13分子篩膜,考察了合成溶膠中的Si/Al比、晶化時(shí)間、晶化溫度、H_2O/SiO_2比對(duì)合成高硅SSZ-13分子篩膜的單氣體滲透性能的影響.高硅SSZ-13分子篩膜的CO_2和CH_4的單氣體滲透性能依賴(lài)于合成溶膠中的Si/Al比,Si/Al比越高,越有利于氣體分離.其次,合成溶膠中H_2O/SiO_2比和晶化條件也能夠影響分子篩晶體形貌、分子篩層厚度以及分子篩膜的單氣體滲透性能.當(dāng)合成溶膠的摩爾配比為1.000 SiO_2∶0.100 Na2O∶0.100 TMAda OH∶80.000H_2O∶0.005 Al_2O_3,晶化時(shí)間和溫度分別為48 h和160℃時(shí),制備的高硅SSZ-13分子篩膜具有最佳的單氣體滲透性能,對(duì)CO_2的滲透速率可達(dá)到3.0×10-7mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1,CO_2/CH_4的理想選擇性為39.
[Abstract]:High silicon SSZ-13 molecular sieve membranes were prepared on porous mullite supported surface by two hydrothermal synthesis. The Si/Al ratio, crystallization time and crystallization temperature of the synthesized sol were investigated. The effect of H_2O/SiO_2 ratio on the permeability of high silicon SSZ-13 molecular sieve membranes. The single gas permeability of CO_2 and CH_4 of high silicon SSZ-13 molecular sieve membranes depends on the Si/Al ratio in the synthesized sol, and the higher the Si/Al ratio is, the more favorable the gas separation is. Secondly, the H_2O/SiO_2 ratio and crystallization conditions in the synthesized sol can also affect the morphology of molecular sieve crystal, the thickness of molecular sieve layer and the single gas permeability of molecular sieve membrane.
