基于正交實(shí)驗(yàn)的紅土鎳礦酸浸條件優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為研究不同工藝條件對紅土鎳礦中氧化鎂浸出效果的影響,以青海某紅土鎳礦為原料進(jìn)行了酸浸正交實(shí)驗(yàn),并通過極差分析和方差分析對實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了處理。結(jié)果表明:影響氧化鎂浸出率的較顯著因素為液固質(zhì)量比和浸出溫度,浸出時(shí)間為顯著因素,硫酸濃度和攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速為不顯著因素。氧化鎂最優(yōu)浸出條件:液固質(zhì)量比為3.5∶1,浸出溫度為100℃,浸出時(shí)間為4 h,硫酸濃度為4.3 mol/L,攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速為250 r/min。在此條件下氧化鎂的浸出率達(dá)到93.92%,并且驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與預(yù)測結(jié)果高度一致。研究成果對高鎂鐵紅土鎳礦中提取氧化鎂有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of different technological conditions on the leaching effect of magnesium oxide in laterite nickel ore, orthogonal acid leaching experiments were carried out with a laterite nickel ore in Qinghai Province. The experimental results were treated by means of range analysis and variance analysis. The results showed that the most significant factors affecting the leaching rate of magnesium oxide were liquid-solid mass ratio and leaching temperature, leaching time was a significant factor, and the concentration of sulfuric acid and stirring speed were not significant factors. The optimum leaching conditions of magnesium oxide are as follows: the mass ratio of liquid to solid is 3.5: 1, the leaching temperature is 100 鈩,
