【摘要】：正鎢制品是以鎢礦為基本原料而生產(chǎn)的各級(jí)各類產(chǎn)品,其種類主要有鎢酸鹽類、鎢粉末、純鎢制品、鎢合金、硬質(zhì)合金及鎢的其他衍生制品。因?yàn)殒u制品具有高熔點(diǎn)、高密度、高硬度、高溫強(qiáng)度好、熱膨脹系數(shù)小、熱導(dǎo)率高、抗中子輻射能力強(qiáng)、耐腐蝕性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),目前已成為武器裝備、航空航天、原子能等國(guó)防工業(yè)領(lǐng)域和微電子信息、電氣工程、機(jī)械加工等尖端技術(shù)領(lǐng)域不可替代的關(guān)鍵材料~([1-2])。如果在鎢制品(如純鎢或三氧化鎢)中摻入二氧
[Abstract]:Normal tungsten products are all kinds of products with tungsten ore as the basic raw material. Their main types are tungstate, tungsten powder, pure tungsten products, tungsten alloys, cemented carbides and other derived tungsten products. Because tungsten products have the advantages of high melting point, high density, high hardness, good high temperature strength, small coefficient of thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity, strong resistance to neutron radiation, strong corrosion resistance and so on, they have now become weapons and equipment, aerospace, Nuclear energy and other fields of national defense industry and micro-electronic information, electrical engineering, mechanical processing and other cutting-edge technical fields irreplaceable key materials ~ ([1-2]).
