實驗參數(shù)對固廢基發(fā)泡混凝土試塊性能的影響研究

【摘要】:以超細粉煤灰和鋼渣超微粉為主要原料,配加少量水泥和鋁粉發(fā)泡劑制備發(fā)泡混凝土試塊。實驗系統(tǒng)考察了不同水灰比、發(fā)泡劑摻量、發(fā)泡溫度對發(fā)泡混凝土試塊的絕干密度、抗壓強度、吸水率和孔隙率的影響。結(jié)果表明,鋁粉發(fā)泡劑摻量從1‰增加到7‰,所得試塊的絕干密度和抗壓強度分別降低36%和84%;而對應的吸水率和孔隙率增加幅度分別高達79%和30%。水灰比從0.65增加到0.95,所得試塊的絕干密度和抗壓強度分別降低26%和82%;而對應的吸水率和孔隙率均出現(xiàn)"先增后減"趨勢,其中吸水率增加幅度為34%,降低幅度為24%;孔隙率增加幅度為18%,降低幅度為9%。發(fā)泡溫度從25℃增加到90℃時,試塊的絕干密度和抗壓強度整體上呈"先降后升"趨勢,絕干密度降幅約為30%,升幅約為60%;抗壓強度降幅為50%,升幅高達140%。優(yōu)化后的實驗條件為:鋁粉摻量1‰~3‰、水灰比65%~75%、發(fā)泡溫度40℃左右。試塊抗壓強度與絕干密度隨制備條件變化幅度不一致,這說明有可能通過制備工藝優(yōu)化獲得"高強度、低密度"的發(fā)泡混凝土產(chǎn)品。
