納米氫氧化鎂改性PVDF超濾膜的制備與表征

【摘要】:通過相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備了納米PVDF/Mg(OH)_2共混超濾膜,研究了負(fù)載Mg(OH)_2對(duì)PVDF膜結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響。以牛血清蛋白(BSA)為模擬污染物進(jìn)行超濾試驗(yàn),測試膜的純水通量和截留率;測定膜表面和水之間的接觸角,進(jìn)而定量分析比較膜表面的親水性;利用微機(jī)電子控制萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)測試膜的機(jī)械性能;通過掃描電鏡(SEM)、原子力顯微鏡(AFM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)等方法表征膜表面特征。結(jié)果表明,添加納米Mg(OH)_2的改性膜保持了原有膜的晶型結(jié)構(gòu),證明納米Mg(OH)_2與PVDF材料有很好的相容效果。當(dāng)納米Mg(OH)_2添加量為0.8%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí),改性效果達(dá)到最優(yōu)。此時(shí),接觸角從73.1°降至59.6°,純水通量為333.37 L/(m~2·h),較未改性前提高了126.3%,膜的拉伸最大力為6.8 N,斷裂伸長率為16.2%,較未改性膜的機(jī)械性能有明顯提高,膜的抗污染性也顯著提高。
[Abstract]:Nano-sized PVDF/Mg (OH) _ 2 ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by phase-inversion method. The effects of Mg (OH) _ 2 loading on the structure and properties of PVDF membranes were studied. Using bovine serum protein (BSA) as the simulated pollutant, the ultrafiltration test was carried out to measure the pure water flux and retention rate of the membrane, and the contact angle between the membrane surface and the water was measured to quantitatively analyze and compare the hydrophilicity of the membrane surface. The mechanical properties of the films were tested by a microcomputer controlled universal testing machine, and the surface characteristics of the films were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the modified films with nano-scale Mg (OH) _ 2 kept the crystal structure of the original film, which proved that nano-sized Mg (OH) _ 2 and PVDF had good compatibility effect. When the content of nano Mg (OH) _ 2 is 0.8% (mass fraction), the modification effect is optimal. The contact angle was reduced from 73.1 擄to 59.6 擄, the pure water flux of 333.37 L / (mm2 h),) was increased 126.3%, the tensile strength of the membrane was 6.8N, the elongation at break was 16.2T, the mechanical properties of the membrane were improved obviously, and the anti-fouling property of the membrane was also improved significantly.
