活性摻合料再生混凝土碳化性能試驗(yàn)研究和理論分析

【摘要】:通過(guò)快速碳化試驗(yàn),以活性摻合料礦粉、粉煤灰、引氣劑、聚丙烯纖維以及再生粗骨料作為影響因素,對(duì)再生混凝土進(jìn)行碳化性能試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:影響再生混凝土碳化深度因素的主次順序?yàn)?礦粉粉煤灰引氣劑再生骨料聚丙烯纖維,并提煉出最優(yōu)配合比。再生混凝土的碳化深度隨著礦粉和粉煤灰摻量的增加而減小,隨著引氣劑和聚丙烯纖維摻量的增加而增大,隨著再生粗骨料摻量的增大表現(xiàn)為先增大后降低,其中聚丙烯纖維摻加可有效提高碳化性能,效果顯著。基于普通混凝土碳化計(jì)算模型的研究基礎(chǔ)上,利用本次試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸分析,建立了建立了活性摻合料再生混凝土碳化深度預(yù)測(cè)模型。經(jīng)過(guò)試驗(yàn)值和預(yù)測(cè)值的對(duì)比分析,可知預(yù)測(cè)模型具有較好地精度和可靠性,以供工程實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the rapid carbonation test, the carbonation performance of recycled concrete was studied by using the active admixture mineral powder, fly ash, air entraining agent, polypropylene fiber and recycled coarse aggregate as the influencing factors. The carbonation depth of recycled concrete decreases with the increase of mineral powder and fly ash content, increases with the increase of air-entraining agent and polypropylene fiber content, increases first and then decreases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate content. Based on the research of carbonation calculation model of ordinary concrete, a prediction model of carbonation depth of recycled concrete with active admixture is established by using regression analysis of experimental data and data of domestic scholars.
