基于PLC和WinCC的玻璃鍍膜控制系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:玻璃是一種歷史悠久的、常見的建筑材料。近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)水平高速的發(fā)展和運用領(lǐng)域及技術(shù)的快速革新,許多新功能玻璃應(yīng)運而生,壯大了玻璃家族。鍍膜玻璃叫做反射玻璃,為了改變玻璃的各種光學(xué)特性,用金屬、化合物等材料在玻璃表層涂鍍一層或多層薄膜。而且,根據(jù)不同需求,選擇特定的材料,從而使得玻璃基片呈現(xiàn)多種不同的色彩,或者改變可見光透射率,實現(xiàn)紫外線吸收率與紅外線反射率的提高。生產(chǎn)鍍膜玻璃的方式有多種,如溶膠—凝膠、化學(xué)氣相沉積、真空蒸發(fā)、真空磁控濺射等。用磁控濺射法制作鍍膜玻璃能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)復(fù)雜的多層膜系,且膜層在耐磨性與抗腐蝕性上表現(xiàn)較好,是目前使用最為廣泛的鍍膜方式之一。本文首先針對玻璃鍍膜生產(chǎn)線工藝特點,根據(jù)國內(nèi)某玻璃鍍膜線的生產(chǎn)需求,對原有自動控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化設(shè)計。其次,基于工藝配氣、磁控濺射、真空抽氣、和伺服傳動等各子系統(tǒng)的控制難點及實現(xiàn)過程,優(yōu)化設(shè)計了以西門子S7-400PLC為控制核心,以WinCC 7.0為上位監(jiān)控軟件的玻璃鍍膜控制系統(tǒng)。最后,以WinCC 7.0組態(tài)軟件為平臺,搭建了玻璃鍍膜控制系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控界面,利用上位機(jī)對大量生產(chǎn)過程數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,并將重要參數(shù)歸檔,實現(xiàn)了實時監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)過程每個環(huán)節(jié)、顯示現(xiàn)場設(shè)備運行時的重點參數(shù)和一級系統(tǒng)發(fā)生故障時的報警功能等。本文改進(jìn)了控制系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)效率與可靠性的提高,且降低了生產(chǎn)成本。設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入生產(chǎn),控制效果較好,完成了項目的設(shè)計目標(biāo),響應(yīng)了國家對節(jié)能減排的號召,符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展趨勢,具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:Glass is a long-standing and common building material. In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid innovation of application field and technology, many new functional glass have emerged and strengthened the glass family. Coated glass is called reflective glass. In order to change the optical properties of glass, metal, compound and other materials are used to coat the glass surface with one or more layers of film. In addition, according to different requirements, the glass substrate is selected for a variety of colors, or the transmittance of visible light is changed to improve the ultraviolet absorption rate and infrared reflectivity. There are many ways to produce coated glass, such as sol-gel, chemical vapor deposition, vacuum evaporation, vacuum magnetron sputtering and so on. It is one of the most widely used coating methods to fabricate the glass coating by magnetron sputtering, which can realize the complex multilayer system, and the coating has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. According to the process characteristics of glass coating production line and according to the production requirements of a domestic glass coating line, this paper improves and optimizes the original automatic control system. Secondly, based on the control difficulties and realization process of various subsystems, such as process gas distribution, magnetron sputtering, vacuum extraction, and servo drive, a glass coating control system with Siemens S7-400PLC as the control core and WinCC 7.0 as the upper monitor software is designed. Finally, using WinCC 7.0 configuration software as the platform, the monitoring interface of glass coating control system is built, and a large number of production process data are processed by the upper computer, and the important parameters are archived to realize the real-time monitoring of each link of the production process. Display the key parameters of the field equipment operation and alarm function of the first level system failure. In this paper, the control system is improved, the production efficiency and reliability are improved, and the production cost is reduced. The designed system has been put into production, the control effect is good, the design goal of the project has been completed, and the national call for energy saving and emission reduction has been answered, which is in line with the trend of sustainable development and has great significance.
