木屑半焦高溫水蒸氣氣化制備富氫燃氣研究

【摘要】:在高溫固定床反應(yīng)器中,對木屑半焦進行高溫水蒸氣氣化制備富氫燃氣。在溫度700~900℃、水蒸氣流量0.11~0.32 g/(min·g)(以焦炭計,下同)條件下,研究了氣化溫度和水蒸氣流量對水蒸氣氣化制備燃氣中的氫氣含量、產(chǎn)氣率、熱值以及燃氣中各組分體積分數(shù)的影響。研究表明:水蒸氣通入過量會造成燃氣熱值的降低;在氣化溫度900℃、水蒸氣流量0.32 g/(min·g)時,燃氣中氫氣達到62.53%,燃氣熱值為8.99 MJ/Nm~3,燃氣產(chǎn)率為2.75 L/g。利用容積反應(yīng)模型和未反應(yīng)收縮核模型擬合試驗數(shù)據(jù)得到了相應(yīng)的動力學參數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)未反應(yīng)收縮核模型比容積反應(yīng)模型可以更好的描述木屑半焦的水蒸氣氣化行為,容積反應(yīng)模型所得到活化能為88.67 kJ/(mol·K),指前因子為2 976.55 min~(-1),未反應(yīng)收縮核模型所得活化能為91.78 kJ/(mol·K),指前因子為2 872.82 min~(-1)。
