鐠黃色料粒徑對其色度的影響

【摘要】:噴墨打印成為當前陶瓷裝飾的主流技術,其技術關鍵是穩(wěn)定的陶瓷墨水。為提高陶瓷墨水的穩(wěn)定性,通常需求粒徑分布窄的超細陶瓷色料。但是,色料的細化過程會改變色料的呈色及其在釉中的穩(wěn)定性。為認識這種影響,本文以市售鐠黃色料為研究對象,通過物理破碎改變色料的粒徑。結果表明:當平均粒徑(d50)從6.809μm減小到1.094μm時,鐠黃色料的色度值從L*=82.49,a*=7.47,b*=72.70轉變?yōu)長*=81.51,a*=-0.58,b*=56.41。鐠黃色料在透明釉中也呈現(xiàn)相似的粒徑-色度規(guī)律。這種變化是由于固相法合成的鐠黃色料具有雙層結構,黃色的Pr-ZrSiO_4在色料顆粒的表面,白色的ZrO_2在色料顆粒的核心。球磨導致的色料顆粒的破壞使得白色的ZrO_2核心裸露出來,降低了Pr-ZrSiO_4的濃度,減弱了色料的呈色。
[Abstract]:Inkjet printing has become the mainstream technology of ceramic decoration, and the key technology is stable ceramic ink. In order to improve the stability of ceramic ink, ultra-fine ceramic pigments with narrow particle size distribution are usually required. However, the process of color refinement will change the color of color and its stability in glaze. In order to understand this effect, this paper takes the praseodymium yellow material on the market as the research object, and changes the particle size of the pigment by physical crushing. The results show that when the average particle size (d50) is reduced from 6.809 渭 m to 1.094 渭 m, the chroma value of praseodymium yellow material changes from 72.70 to 56.41. Praseodymium yellow in transparent glaze also showed a similar particle size-chromaticity law. This change is due to the double layer structure of praseodymium yellow material synthesized by solid phase method. Yellow Pr-ZrSiO_4 is on the surface of color particle and white ZrO_2 is at the core of color particle. The destruction of color particles caused by ball milling makes the white ZrO_2 core exposed, reduces the concentration of Pr-ZrSiO_4 and weakens the color of the pigment.
