Klebsiella sp.分批發(fā)酵棉稈水解糖液產(chǎn)氫動力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:采用Klebsiella sp.WL1316分批發(fā)酵棉稈水解糖液生產(chǎn)生物氫,研究了菌株產(chǎn)氫過程中的菌體生長、生物氫合成和還原糖消耗動力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明,Logistic方程較好地擬合了Klebsiella sp.WL1316的菌體生長動力學(xué),計算得X_(max)和μ_(max)分別為16.400 0和0.004 0,模型擬合的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.946 8。以Leudeking-Piret方程為基礎(chǔ)建立的菌株生物氫合成動力學(xué)模型,其擬合的相關(guān)系數(shù)達0.972 9,表明該模型擬合情況良好。棉稈水解糖液中葡萄糖和木糖消耗動力學(xué)模型擬合結(jié)果表明,菌體生長及生物氫合成兩者與底物消耗相關(guān)系數(shù)K_(X/S)分別為0.004 1和0.013 1,且擬合的相關(guān)系數(shù)均高于0.900 0,說明建立的動力學(xué)方程是可靠的。
[Abstract]:The biomass growth, biosynthesis and reducing sugar consumption kinetics of the strain during hydrogen production were studied by using Klebsiella sp.WL1316 batch fermentation of cotton stalk hydrolysate to produce biological hydrogen. The results showed that the growth kinetics of Klebsiella sp.WL1316 was well fitted by Logistic equation. The calculated values of X _ (max) and 渭 _ (max) were 16.400 and 0.004, respectively, and the correlation coefficient of model fitting was 0.946 8. The correlation coefficient of biohydrogen biosynthesis kinetic model based on Leudeking-Piret equation was 0.972, which indicated that the model fitted well. The kinetic model of glucose consumption and xylose consumption in the hydrolyzed sugar solution of cotton stalk showed that, The correlation coefficients between biomass growth and biosynthesis and substrate consumption were 0.004 1 and 0.013 1, respectively, and the fitted correlation coefficients were higher than 0.900 0, which indicated that the kinetic equation was reliable.
