【摘要】：通過對原有生產(chǎn)工藝進行改進,加入除鐵專用的助溶劑,變原有多段除鐵為一段除鐵,使生產(chǎn)過程周期由原工藝的24 h縮短為15 h,生產(chǎn)效率提高50%,酸性廢水減少60%。加入除鐵專用的助溶劑,使鐵的去除率由原工藝的78.0%提高到93.3%。通過生產(chǎn)連續(xù)運行考察,在最佳操作條件下,產(chǎn)品中鐵質(zhì)量分數(shù)降低到0.08%,收率由原工藝的88%提高到93%,經(jīng)濟效益顯著。
[Abstract]:By improving the original production process and adding the special auxiliary solvent for iron removal, the original multi-stage iron removal was changed into one stage iron removal, the production cycle was shortened from 24 h to 15 h, the production efficiency was increased by 50%, and the acid wastewater was reduced by 60%. The removal rate of iron was increased from 78.0% to 93.3%. Through continuous operation investigation, under the optimum operating conditions, the mass fraction of iron in the product was reduced to 0.08, the yield was increased from 88% of the original process to 933%, and the economic benefit was remarkable.
