鋁離子對(duì)二水硫酸鈣晶體結(jié)晶性能的影響

【摘要】:以CaHPO_4·2H_2O和H_2SO4為原料,AlCl3·6H_2O為添加劑,在溫度80℃、攪拌速率150 r/min、反應(yīng)時(shí)間4 h的條件下制備CaSO_4·2H_2O晶體,研究了Al~(3+)對(duì)CaSO_4·2H_2O晶體結(jié)晶性能的影響.結(jié)果表明,Al~(3+)濃度增加,CaSO_4·2H_2O晶體寬度提高,長(zhǎng)寬比下降,XRD譜衍射峰發(fā)生偏移,對(duì)應(yīng)晶面的晶面間距減小;晶面間距減小可能與Al~(3+)摻入CaSO_4·2H_2O晶格間隙中有關(guān),Al~(3+)抑制了晶體沿長(zhǎng)度方向生長(zhǎng),降低了CaSO_4·2H_2O的長(zhǎng)寬比.
