評(píng)估過(guò)度預(yù)熱的回收料對(duì)再生瀝青混凝土的影響

【摘要】:近幾年來(lái),因資源過(guò)度開(kāi)采導(dǎo)致建筑材料價(jià)格日益增加,加上人們逐漸重視資源回收觀念,已重視道路刨除的瀝青混凝土回收料的回收再利用。然而,在輸送過(guò)程中,只能知道拌合鼓初端送入口的加熱溫度為多少,并不能實(shí)際掌握拌合鼓內(nèi)的實(shí)際溫度。因此,回收料有可能受到高溫加熱,導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生老化甚至碳化現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)而影響再生瀝青混凝土的質(zhì)量。本研究采用瀝青拌合廠回收瀝青混凝土作為研究材料,依據(jù)回收料不同老化條件主要以微觀差異性及工程性質(zhì)來(lái)探討,研究結(jié)果顯示,過(guò)度預(yù)熱的回收料的確會(huì)造成再生瀝青混凝土的質(zhì)量不佳,尤其抵抗水侵害的能力明顯降低許多。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to excessive exploitation of resources, the price of building materials is increasing day by day. In addition, people pay more attention to the concept of resource recovery and the recovery and reuse of asphalt concrete recycled materials. However, in the transportation process, the heating temperature of the initial inlet of the mixing drum can only be known, and the actual temperature in the mixing drum can not be grasped. Therefore, the recycled materials may be heated at high temperature, resulting in aging and even carbonation, which will affect the quality of recycled asphalt concrete. In this study, the recycled asphalt concrete in asphalt mixing plant was used as the research material. According to the different aging conditions of the recycled material, the microcosmic difference and engineering properties were mainly discussed. The results showed that, Excessive preheating of recycled materials does result in poor quality of recycled asphalt concrete, especially its ability to resist water damage.
