高溫法蘭連接系統(tǒng)的緊密性及評(píng)價(jià)方法研究

【摘要】:高溫管道法蘭連接系統(tǒng)的緊密性是保證高溫設(shè)備、管道等長(zhǎng)周期安全運(yùn)行的核心,而在高溫法蘭連接系統(tǒng)的緊密性分析及評(píng)定問(wèn)題上并沒(méi)有全面系統(tǒng)的方法,故圍繞高溫螺栓法蘭連接系統(tǒng)的緊密性及評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行研究。本文通過(guò)化學(xué)成分分析、高溫拉伸試驗(yàn)、高溫蠕變實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)螺栓材料25Cr2MoVA、法蘭材料15CrMo在500℃下的高溫特性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,對(duì)得到的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,最終給出了材料25Cr2MoVA、15CrMo在500℃下的彈性模量和蠕變本構(gòu)方程。了解柔性石墨金屬波齒復(fù)合墊片的壓縮回彈特性,并對(duì)壓縮回彈特性進(jìn)行擬合、歸納的深入分析。對(duì)螺栓、法蘭、墊片材料的基本特性研究為后面的緊密性研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。構(gòu)建了基于變形協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系的高溫法蘭連接緊密性理論分析模型,在考慮蠕變的前提下,從彎矩、內(nèi)壓、蠕變?nèi)齻(gè)方面對(duì)高溫法蘭環(huán)的轉(zhuǎn)角進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合ASME標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)總轉(zhuǎn)角進(jìn)行緊密性評(píng)價(jià);對(duì)柔性石墨金屬波齒復(fù)合墊的墊片力、壓縮量進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析,依據(jù)墊片密封要求對(duì)墊片密封性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);綜合墊片力和總轉(zhuǎn)角兩方面的緊密性評(píng)價(jià),給出高溫法蘭連接的安全運(yùn)行時(shí)間。利用ANSYS建立螺栓法蘭連接系統(tǒng)的有限元模型,對(duì)法蘭-螺栓-墊片連接系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合分析,結(jié)合JB4732對(duì)螺栓、法蘭的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行判定,結(jié)合墊片壓緊力對(duì)墊片密封性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)合ASMEⅧ-1中的剛度要求對(duì)法蘭盤(pán)的剛度進(jìn)行評(píng)定,并綜合給出螺栓法蘭連接系統(tǒng)緊密性的評(píng)定。構(gòu)建含碟形彈簧的螺栓法蘭連接系統(tǒng)的理論分析模型,給出了基于設(shè)計(jì)壽命的碟簧數(shù)目計(jì)算方法和以一定比例減小松弛量的碟簧數(shù)目計(jì)算方法,為碟形彈簧在高溫螺栓法蘭連接中的組合方案、使用數(shù)目提供了理論依據(jù),讓碟形彈簧的工程應(yīng)用更規(guī)范。提出了一種管道法蘭泄漏率檢測(cè)裝置和一種高溫法蘭泄漏監(jiān)測(cè)裝置,給出了高溫法蘭連接表面應(yīng)力、泄漏率、偏轉(zhuǎn)角的檢測(cè)方法,為高溫法蘭連接的長(zhǎng)周期安全運(yùn)行提供了一種監(jiān)測(cè)調(diào)控方法。
