內(nèi)構(gòu)件對(duì)移動(dòng)床內(nèi)顆粒物料流動(dòng)特性影響的離散模擬

【摘要】:針對(duì)煤熱解移動(dòng)床反應(yīng)器中需保證顆粒物料呈整體流流動(dòng)狀態(tài)的設(shè)計(jì)需求,采用離散單元法模擬了閉合型(圓形、三角形)和非閉合型(八字形)3種不同內(nèi)構(gòu)件設(shè)置對(duì)移動(dòng)床內(nèi)顆粒物料流動(dòng)特性的影響.結(jié)果表明,閉合型內(nèi)構(gòu)件設(shè)置下,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)中形成穩(wěn)定顆粒流動(dòng)后,流動(dòng)區(qū)寬度近似等于無內(nèi)構(gòu)件條件下流動(dòng)區(qū)寬度與內(nèi)構(gòu)件在流動(dòng)方向上最大投影尺寸的加和;非閉合型內(nèi)構(gòu)件設(shè)置下,根據(jù)內(nèi)構(gòu)件安放位置及翅片間距,可形成3種不同的流動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu),當(dāng)翅片間距等于出口尺寸時(shí),流動(dòng)區(qū)寬度最大.在所考察的參數(shù)范圍內(nèi),存在最優(yōu)的內(nèi)構(gòu)件安放位置(30d)和翅片間距(20d)(d為最大顆粒直徑),能使移動(dòng)床出口處顆粒質(zhì)量流率顯著大于無內(nèi)構(gòu)件情況下的顆粒質(zhì)量流率.
[Abstract]:In order to meet the design requirement of ensuring the flow state of particles in a moving bed reactor for coal pyrolysis, a discrete element method is used to simulate the closed type (circular, circular and circular). The effects of triangle and non-closed (octahedral) on the flow characteristics of particles in moving bed are studied. The results show that the width of the flow zone is approximately equal to the sum of the width of the flow zone and the maximum projection size of the inner member in the flow direction when the steady particle flow is formed in the closed inner member. Three different flow structures can be formed according to the position of the inner members and the fin spacing. When the fin spacing is equal to the outlet size the width of the flow zone is the largest. In the range of parameters investigated, there is an optimal position (30d) and finned spacing (20d) (d as the maximum particle diameter), which can make the particle mass flow rate at the outlet of the moving bed significantly larger than the particle mass flow rate without internal components.
