酚醛樹脂改性脫硫石膏的熱壓工藝與耐水性能

【摘要】:研究了熱壓成型工藝對酚醛樹脂改性脫硫石膏復合材料(簡稱復合材料)力學性能的影響,以及酚醛樹脂對復合材料耐水性能的影響.采用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、熱重分析儀(DTA)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀(FTIR)以及等溫量熱儀研究了酚醛樹脂改性脫硫石膏的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及水化機理.結(jié)果表明:復合材料抗折強度最佳熱壓成型工藝為熱壓壓力8MPa,熱壓溫度160℃,熱壓時間120s,抗壓強度最佳熱壓成型工藝為熱壓壓力8MPa,熱壓溫度180℃,熱壓時間75s;當酚醛樹脂摻量(質(zhì)量分數(shù),下同)為1.0%,硅烷偶聯(lián)劑摻量為0.3%且膨脹劑摻量為3.0%時,復合材料2,24h的吸水率分別為0.58%和1.07%;酚醛樹脂具有填充孔隙、密實體系和提高復合材料耐水性能的作用.
[Abstract]:The effect of hot pressing on the mechanical properties of phenolic resin modified desulphurized gypsum composites and the effect of phenolic resin on the water resistance of the composites were studied.
