Raney Ni催化堿性硼氫化鈉溶液水解制氫

【摘要】:以Ni Al合金粉末為原料,經(jīng)濃堿溶液處理后制得Raney Ni催化劑,并用于催化堿性硼氫化鈉溶液水解制氫。通過(guò)場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡和氮?dú)馕?脫附法對(duì)催化劑微觀物理結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,考察了硼氫化鈉溶液組成、反應(yīng)溫度、催化劑用量和循環(huán)使用對(duì)體系產(chǎn)氫速率的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)硼氫化鈉和氫氧化鈉質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為15%和10%時(shí),產(chǎn)氫速率達(dá)到1085m L/(min·g)(25℃);相應(yīng)表觀活化能為38.6k J/mol;催化劑用量與單位時(shí)間內(nèi)氫產(chǎn)量成線性關(guān)系。循環(huán)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過(guò)4次重復(fù)使用后,產(chǎn)氫速率降低78%,其原因主要在于硼化物的累積和鎳的氧化。
[Abstract]:Raney Ni catalyst was prepared from Ni-Al alloy powder and treated with concentrated alkali solution. It was used to hydrolyze basic sodium borohydride solution to produce hydrogen. The microstructure of the catalyst was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) and nitrogen adsorption / desorption method. The effects of solution composition, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage and recycle usage on the hydrogen production rate of the catalyst were investigated.
