高導(dǎo)熱硅磚在焦?fàn)t上的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了探討高導(dǎo)熱硅磚在焦?fàn)t上的節(jié)能效果,從物理性能和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)等方面闡述了高導(dǎo)熱硅磚的特點(diǎn),計(jì)算了采用高導(dǎo)熱硅磚時燃燒室的溫度,介紹了高導(dǎo)熱硅磚的實(shí)際使用情況。結(jié)果表明:相比普通硅磚,高導(dǎo)熱硅磚的氣孔孔徑小,致密度高;在炭化室熱工參數(shù)不變的前提下,使用高導(dǎo)熱硅磚時燃燒室內(nèi)火焰溫度可以降低約41℃;實(shí)際應(yīng)用顯示,在焦?fàn)t炭化室爐墻砌筑高導(dǎo)熱硅磚可以帶來可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時能減少有害氣體排放。
[Abstract]:In order to discuss the energy saving effect of high thermal conductivity silicon brick on coke oven, the characteristics of high thermal conductivity silicon brick are expounded from the aspects of physical properties and microstructure, and the temperature of combustion chamber with high thermal conductivity silicon brick is calculated. The practical application of high thermal conductivity silicon brick is introduced. The results show that the pore diameter of high thermal conductive silicon brick is smaller and the density is higher than that of common silicon brick, and the flame temperature of combustion chamber can be reduced by 41 鈩,
