加堿低溫煅燒玻屑凝灰?guī)r制備無熟料水泥

【摘要】:加堿低溫煅燒玻屑凝灰?guī)r制備無熟料水泥,初步優(yōu)化了制備工藝并通過SEM和XRD分析探討了膠凝機理。通過在該凝灰?guī)r中摻加燒堿或純堿低溫煅燒,然后摻入占煅燒料15%的Ca(OH)2和30%的Ca SO4·2H2O,制得具有適當強度且抗水性良好的無熟料水泥。石膏的加入能有效提高水泥強度,加堿可降低煅燒溫度,從無堿煅燒時的700℃降低至加堿煅燒時的300℃并提高膠凝活性,燒堿比純堿更為有效。隨著Na OH增加至凝灰?guī)r的8%,水泥抗壓強度增加至基本穩(wěn)定。SEM與XRD分析均表明,水泥水化時并未生成結晶水化物。
[Abstract]:Non-clinker cement was prepared by calcining glassy tuff with alkali at low temperature. The preparation process was optimized and the cementing mechanism was discussed by SEM and XRD. By adding caustic soda or soda to the tuff at low temperature and then adding Ca (OH) _ 2 and 30% Ca _ (so _ 4) _ 2H _ 2O, a clinker cement with proper strength and good water resistance was prepared.
