從廢CRT含鉛玻璃中熔融沉淀回收硫化鉛的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:將廢CRT含鉛玻璃和硫化鈉在高溫下熔融反應(yīng),回收硫化鉛。研究了硫化鈉加入量、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)硫化鉛回收率的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,按照全部沉淀硫化鉛理論需要量的1.25倍加入硫化鈉,在1 200℃下熔融反應(yīng)90 min,硫化鉛回收率可達(dá)86.35%。提高硫化鈉的加入量、反應(yīng)溫度和延長(zhǎng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間,可以提高硫化鉛的回收率。該研究結(jié)果可以應(yīng)用于廢含鉛玻璃的資源化利用。
[Abstract]:Lead sulfide was recovered from waste CRT glass and sodium sulfide by melting reaction at high temperature. The effects of sodium sulfide content, reaction temperature and reaction time on the recovery rate of lead sulfide were studied.
