水熱腐蝕對羥基磷灰石形貌及生物活性的影響

【摘要】:以透明羥基磷灰石(HAp)陶瓷為原材料,采用水熱工藝對其表面進(jìn)行腐蝕處理,然后將HAp浸泡在模擬體液(SBF)中進(jìn)行體外生物活性評價(jià),研究了水熱腐蝕溫度對HAp表面形貌及生物活性的影響。利用掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、X射線能譜儀(EDS)和激光掃描共聚焦顯微鏡(LSCM)等對樣品進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:隨水熱腐蝕溫度的提高,HAp表面呈現(xiàn)先疏松后致密的結(jié)構(gòu)變化,而生物活性先升高后逐漸降低,這與HAp暴露晶面的界面能差異有關(guān)。160℃水熱腐蝕10 h后HAp表面疏松多孔,表現(xiàn)出更加優(yōu)越的體外生物活性。
[Abstract]:Transparent hydroxyapatite (HAP) ceramics were used as raw materials. The surface of HAP was corroded by hydrothermal process. Then HAP was immersed in simulated body fluid (SBF) for in vitro bioactivity evaluation. The effect of hydrothermal corrosion temperature on the surface morphology and bioactivity of HAP was studied. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM). The results showed that with the increase of hydrothermal corrosion temperature, the surface of HAP showed a structural change of looseness and then density, while the biological activity increased first and then decreased gradually. This is related to the interface energy difference of HAP exposed to crystal plane. The surface of HAP is porous and porous after 10 h hydrothermal corrosion at .160 鈩,
