大摻量拜耳法赤泥輕質保溫陶瓷材料的研究

【摘要】:大摻量拜耳法赤泥輕質保溫陶瓷材料的制備以拜耳法赤泥、玻璃粉為原料,鉀長石粉為助溶劑,聚苯乙烯為發(fā)泡劑。研究了不同批次赤泥對材料性能的影響,并對其微觀結構和物相進行了分析。結果表明:赤泥摻量為70%、燒成溫度為1060℃時,輕質保溫陶瓷材料性能良好(容重為346kg/m~3,熱導率為0.09W/m·℃,抗壓強度為0.41MPa,不燃性屬于A1級,可切可鉆)。
[Abstract]:Bayer process red mud, glass powder as raw material, potassium feldspar powder as cosolvent, polystyrene as foaming agent were used in the preparation of Bayer process red mud with large amount of Bayer process red mud. The effects of different batches of red mud on the properties of the materials were studied, and their microstructure and phase were analyzed.
