金引入對硫系玻璃三階非線性及納米結(jié)構(gòu)形成影響的研究

【摘要】:隨著信息化時代的來臨,開發(fā)出超速反應(yīng)的全光開關(guān)器件成為當(dāng)下通信材料研究中的熱點。這一器件是利用光電材料的三階非線性光學(xué)性質(zhì),折射率在超快飛秒級激光脈沖的誘導(dǎo)下產(chǎn)生了非線性變化,進而實現(xiàn)光的開光操作。這種現(xiàn)象之中最重要的因素就是材料的三階非線性性能,因此人們研究了各種不同的光通信材料,以求開發(fā)出具有優(yōu)異三階非線性性能的材料。硫系玻璃因其獨特的光學(xué)和半導(dǎo)體性能而受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注和研究,在大部分波段透明具有良好的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性和熱穩(wěn)定性、優(yōu)秀的光損傷閾值、迅速的光響應(yīng)時間等優(yōu)點,最重要的是擁有較高的三階非線性系數(shù),具有十分廣闊的應(yīng)用前景和研究潛質(zhì)。本文的目的是通過硫系玻璃的制備和測試,研究出具有較高三階非線性系數(shù)的通信材料。早期的工作進行了一些氧化物玻璃的研究,經(jīng)過測量和數(shù)據(jù)分析,雖然氧化物玻璃具有良好的機械性能,但是在均勻度和非線性方面表現(xiàn)不是十分理想,所以后來將工作重心轉(zhuǎn)移到了硫系玻璃方面,制備出具有較高三階非線性系數(shù)的硫系玻璃。文中描述了硫系玻璃制備過程和性能測量的方法,主要包括玻璃的熱穩(wěn)定性分析,吸收與透過數(shù)據(jù)分析,Z掃描的測量過程和計算,以及玻璃結(jié)構(gòu)的分析方法等。制備Bi2O3-GeO2-BaO(BGB)氧化物玻璃,可知將Ba離子引入玻璃網(wǎng)絡(luò)之后,玻璃的密度、折射率下降,拉曼散射強度圖譜發(fā)生變化。通過研究拉曼散射光譜,描述出該玻璃的結(jié)構(gòu)變化。制備了兩組GeSbS玻璃,兩組樣品通過控制變量法改變組分含量,對GSS基質(zhì)硫系玻璃進行研究,可知Ge-Sb和Sb2S3鍵對玻璃的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)帶來了影響。制備了摻雜不同金含量的Ge25Ga10S65硫系玻璃。隨著金含量的增加,樣品的密度和線性折射率也隨著增加。通過分析拉曼光譜,可知主要的震動來自[GeS4]四面體,金在Ge-Ga-S玻璃中是作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)修飾體存在的。使用Z掃描方法可知,金的引入可以提高樣品的三階光學(xué)非線性性能。將金摻雜的Ge-GaS玻璃熱處理之后,得到了透明的玻璃陶瓷,金作為成核劑,可以改變玻璃的結(jié)晶過程,會促進納米晶體α-Ga2S3晶相的形成。分析可知α-Ga2S3晶相納米顆粒有助于三階非線性性能的提高。最后本論文進行了總結(jié),同時指出研究的不足和需要改進的地方。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age, the development of overspeed all-optical switching devices has become a hot topic in the research of communication materials. This device is based on the third-order nonlinear optical properties of optoelectronic materials. The refractive index of the device is induced by ultra-fast femtosecond laser pulses and the optical operation is realized. The most important factor of this phenomenon is the third-order nonlinear properties of materials, so people have studied various kinds of optical communication materials in order to develop materials with excellent third-order nonlinear properties. Due to its unique optical and semiconductor properties, sulfur glasses have attracted extensive attention and research. Transparency in most bands has the advantages of good chemical stability and thermal stability, excellent optical damage threshold, rapid light response time and so on. The most important thing is to have high third order nonlinear coefficient, which has a very broad application prospect and research potential. The purpose of this paper is to study the communication materials with high third order nonlinear coefficient through the preparation and measurement of sulfur glasses. The early work carried out some research on oxide glass. Through measurement and data analysis, although oxide glass has good mechanical properties, it is not very good in evenness and nonlinearity. So the center of gravity was transferred to the sulfur glass, and the third order nonlinear coefficient of the sulfur glass was obtained. This paper describes the preparation process and measurement method of sulfur glass, including the thermal stability analysis of glass, the measurement process and calculation of absorption and transmission data, and the analysis method of glass structure. Bi2O3-GeO2-BaO (BGB) oxide glasses were prepared. The results show that the density, refractive index and Raman scattering intensity of the glasses decrease after Ba ions are introduced into the glass network. The structural changes of the glass were described by Raman scattering spectroscopy. Two groups of GeSbS glasses were prepared. The Ge-Sb and Sb2S3 bonds had an effect on the network structure of GSS matrix glasses. Ge25Ga10S65 sulfur glasses doped with different gold contents were prepared. With the increase of gold content, the density and linear refractive index of the sample also increase. The Raman spectra show that the main vibration comes from [GeS4] tetrahedron, and gold exists as a network modifier in Ge-Ga-S glass. The Z scan method shows that the introduction of gold can improve the third order optical nonlinearity of the sample. After heat treatment of gold-doped Ge-GaS glass, transparent glass ceramics were obtained. Gold as nucleating agent can change the crystallization process of glass and promote the formation of nanocrystalline 偽 -Ga2S3 crystal phase. The results show that 偽 -Ga _ 2S _ 3 nanocrystalline particles contribute to the improvement of third-order nonlinear properties. Finally, this paper summarizes, and points out the shortcomings of the research and the need for improvement.
