700密度等級渣土陶粒制備及其性能研究

【摘要】:為進一步促進城市渣土資源化利用,本文研究了原材料(渣土、粉煤灰、污泥和秸稈)和溫度對渣土陶粒密度等級的影響,確定了700密度等級,不同粒徑(10~15 mm、15~25 mm)的渣土陶粒配方和工藝。在上述基礎上,通過超景深光學顯微鏡和掃描電鏡觀察分析了700密度等級,不同粒徑下渣土陶粒的表面和內(nèi)部微觀結構。研究結果表明:(1)焙燒溫度分別為1200℃和1230℃,渣土-粉煤灰質量比例相應為70∶30和60∶40時,可分別獲得粒徑為15~25 mm、10~15 mm兩種粒徑,密度等級均為700的渣土陶粒;(2)渣土陶粒的筒壓強度和密度隨著粒徑的減小而逐漸增加,筒壓強度由15~25 mm下的4.3 MPa增加到4.9 MPa;燒失量和1 h吸水率隨著粒徑的減小而逐漸降低;(3)隨著粒徑的減小,相同密度等級的渣土陶粒表面和內(nèi)部結構不同。大粒徑陶粒表面和內(nèi)部結構中含有的孔隙較多,孔徑尺寸較大。
[Abstract]:In order to further promote the utilization of urban residual soil, the effects of raw materials (residue, fly ash, sludge and straw) and temperature on the density of residual clay were studied, and the density grade of 700 density was determined. The formulation and process of the residue ceramsite with different particle size (10 ~ 15 mm ~ 15 mm ~ (25 mm). On the basis of the above, the surface and internal microstructure of residual clay with 700 density grades and different particle sizes were analyzed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.
