納米多孔PtTiCu催化劑的制備及其電化學性能的研究

【摘要】:采用單輥旋淬方法制備了成分和結(jié)構(gòu)均勻的鉑鈦銅合金條帶,通過脫合金方法進行選擇性腐蝕得到了具有三維雙連續(xù)孔洞結(jié)構(gòu)的納米多孔鉑鈦銅(np-PtTiCu)催化劑。將np-PtTiCu作為三電極測試體系中的工作電極,利用循環(huán)伏安法表征了其對甲酸、乙醇和甲醇的電催化氧化性能以及抗CO中毒能力,利用恒電位極化方法表征了其電催化穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明,np-PtTiCu催化劑比Pt/C催化劑具有更高的電催化活性,更好的抗CO中毒能力和穩(wěn)定性,這些性能的改善與電極材料的多孔結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Pt-Ti-Cu alloy ribbons with uniform composition and structure were prepared by single roll spinning quenching method. The nano-porous Pt-Ti Cu / Cu catalyst with three dimensional double continuous pore structure was prepared by selective corrosion by dealloying method. Using np-PtTiCu as the working electrode in the three-electrode measurement system, the electrocatalytic oxidation of formic acid, ethanol and methanol and its ability to resist CO poisoning were characterized by cyclic voltammetry. The electrocatalytic stability of np-PtTiCu was characterized by potentiostatic polarization method. The results show that np-PtTiCu catalyst has higher electrocatalytic activity, better resistance to CO poisoning and better stability than that of Pt / C catalyst. The improvement of these properties is related to the porous structure of electrode materials.
