鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土柱試驗研究

【摘要】:為了使建筑垃圾資源化,可以將其回收再利用制作成滿足土木工程要求的構(gòu)件。在建筑垃圾的再利用研究中,有關(guān)再生混凝土的研究已比較系統(tǒng),而對再生磚骨料混凝土的研究甚少,處于對再生磚骨料混凝土力學(xué)性能的研究階段,對其工程應(yīng)用涉入較少。本文對再生磚骨料混凝土基本力學(xué)性能進行了研究并將再生磚骨料混凝土用于鋼管混凝土組合柱中,通過試驗研究和計算分析等方法探討了鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土柱應(yīng)用的可行性。本文主要內(nèi)容及主要結(jié)論如下:(1)利用再生磚骨料和混雜再生磚骨料配制C20混凝土,按照規(guī)范進行配合比設(shè)計、試配并測試其力學(xué)性能,找出最優(yōu)配合比,最優(yōu)配合比為水泥:砂:混雜再生磚骨料(再生磚骨料):水:減水劑=1:2.705:2.865:0.45:0.007。同樣的配合比,混雜再生磚骨料混凝土強度比再生磚骨料混凝土強度提高了14.1%。(2)完成了不同壁厚的鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土和鋼管混雜再生磚骨料混凝土短柱的軸壓試驗研究,記錄并分析了試件的荷載-位移曲線、荷載-應(yīng)變曲線,結(jié)果表明:(1)鋼管混雜再生磚骨料混凝土短柱的極限承載力高于鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土短柱,當(dāng)管壁厚度由1.8mm變?yōu)?mm時,截面含鋼率提高了2.62%,鋼管混雜再生磚骨料混凝土短柱和鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土短柱的極限承載力分別提高了44.2%和40.5%。管壁厚度為1.8mm和4mm時,鋼管混雜再生磚骨料混凝土柱承載力比鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土柱分別提高了16.8%和19.8%。(2)利用國內(nèi)外9個相關(guān)規(guī)范計算、比較了鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土軸壓短柱承載力,其中規(guī)范DL/T 5085-1999計算得到的結(jié)果和試驗值最為接近,安全性最低。(3)完成了不同壁厚、長細(xì)比的鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土和鋼管混雜再生磚骨料混凝土中長柱、長柱的偏壓試驗研究,記錄并分析了試件的荷載-位移曲線、荷載-應(yīng)變曲線與荷載-側(cè)向撓度曲線,結(jié)果表明:(1)鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土試件的偏壓承載力低于鋼管混雜再生磚骨料混凝土試件,就中長柱而言,通過試件承載力的比較發(fā)現(xiàn),管壁厚度為1.8mm和4mm時,再生磚骨料混凝土試件的承載力比混雜再生磚骨料混凝土試件的承載力分別下降了25.7%和18.2%;(2)利用國內(nèi)外相關(guān)規(guī)范計算、比較了鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土偏壓中長柱、長柱承載力,其中規(guī)范CECS 28:90的計算結(jié)果和實測值最接近,安全性最低;(3)隨著長細(xì)比的增加,鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土柱撓度變大,承載力下降,當(dāng)長徑比由5變?yōu)?0時,以鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土柱為例,管壁厚度為1.8mm和4mm時,鋼管再生磚骨料混凝土柱的側(cè)向撓度分別增加了約9mm和13mm,承載力分別下降了17.6%和11.2%。
[Abstract]:In order to reuse construction waste, it can be recycled to meet the requirements of civil engineering. In the research of reuse of construction waste, the research on recycled concrete has been systematical, but the research on recycled brick aggregate concrete is very few, so it is in the stage of studying the mechanical properties of recycled brick aggregate concrete, and its engineering application is less. In this paper, the basic mechanical properties of recycled brick aggregate concrete are studied, and the recycled brick aggregate concrete is used in concrete filled steel tube composite columns. The feasibility of application of steel tube recycled brick aggregate concrete column is discussed by means of experimental study and calculation and analysis. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) using recycled brick aggregate and hybrid recycled brick aggregate to prepare C20 concrete, according to the specifications, the mix ratio is designed, and its mechanical properties are tested and the optimum mix ratio is found out. The optimum mix ratio is cement: sand: mixed recycled brick aggregate (recycled brick aggregate: water: water reducer 1: 2.705: 2.865: 0.45: 0.007). With the same mix ratio, the strength of mixed recycled brick aggregate concrete is increased by 14.1than that of recycled brick aggregate concrete.) the axial compression test of steel tube recycled brick aggregate concrete and steel tube hybrid recycled brick aggregate concrete short column with different wall thickness has been completed. The load-displacement curve and load-strain curve of the specimen are recorded and analyzed. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the short column of steel tube hybrid recycled brick aggregate concrete is higher than that of the steel tube recycled brick concrete short column, and when the thickness of the pipe wall changes from 1.8mm to 4mm, The steel content of the section is increased by 2.62%, the ultimate bearing capacity of the short column of recycled brick aggregate concrete and the short column of recycled brick concrete filled with steel tube are increased by 44.2% and 40.5%, respectively, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the short column is increased by 44.2% and 40.5%, respectively. When the thickness of the pipe wall is 1.8mm and 4mm, the bearing capacity of the concrete column with mixed recycled brick concrete is 16.8% higher than that of the column with recycled brick concrete of steel tube and 19.82.The bearing capacity of the column is calculated by using nine relevant codes at home and abroad. The bearing capacity of steel tube recycled brick aggregate concrete short columns under axial compression is compared. The calculated results obtained by the code DL / T5085-1999 are the closest to the experimental values, and the safety is the lowest. In this paper, the deflections of long columns and columns of steel tube recycled brick aggregate concrete and steel tube mixed recycled brick aggregate concrete with slenderness ratio are studied. The load-displacement curves, load-strain curves and load-lateral deflection curves of the specimens are recorded and analyzed. The results show that the bearing capacity of steel tube recycled brick aggregate concrete specimen is lower than that of steel tube mixed recycled brick aggregate concrete specimen. For medium and long columns, it is found that when the thickness of tube wall is 1.8mm and 4mm, The bearing capacity of recycled brick aggregate concrete specimens is reduced by 25.7% and 18.2% respectively compared with that of hybrid recycled brick aggregate concrete specimens. The calculated result of CECS 28:90 is the closest to the measured value, and the safety is the lowest. With the increase of slenderness ratio, the deflection of concrete column of recycled brick concrete filled steel tube becomes larger, and the bearing capacity decreases. When the aspect ratio changes from 5 to 10:00, Taking recycled steel tubular brick aggregate concrete column as an example, when the thickness of pipe wall is 1.8mm and 4mm, the lateral deflection of steel tube recycled brick aggregate concrete column increases by about 9mm and 13mm respectively, and the bearing capacity decreases by 17.6% and 11.2% respectively.
