椰油酸改性制備疏水型碳酸鋇的研究

【摘要】:以椰油酸鈉為改性劑,對(duì)碳酸鋇進(jìn)行原位改性研究,并確定最佳改性溫度。采用傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FTIR)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)及X射線衍射(XRD)對(duì)改性前后碳酸鋇樣品的結(jié)構(gòu)、物相及形貌進(jìn)行表征,采用光學(xué)接觸角測(cè)定儀對(duì)改性前后碳酸鋇的水接觸角進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:椰油酸鈉用量為碳酸鋇質(zhì)量的0.75%、改性溫度為30℃時(shí)制備的碳酸鋇樣品活化度達(dá)99.40%,水接觸角為141.2°;經(jīng)椰油酸鈉改性后,碳酸鋇顆粒表面形成一層有機(jī)修飾層,改性后的碳酸鋇表面性質(zhì)由親水變?yōu)槭杷?br/>[Abstract]:The in situ modification of barium carbonate with sodium coconut oil as modifier was studied and the optimum modification temperature was determined. The structure, phase and morphology of barium carbonate were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The water contact angle of barium carbonate before and after modification was characterized by optical contact angle tester. The results show that the amount of sodium coconut oil is 0.75 of the mass of barium carbonate, the activation degree of the barium carbonate sample prepared at 30 鈩,
