HRB500鋼筋與活性粉末混凝土粘結(jié)性能研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)拉拔試驗(yàn)研究了HRB500鋼筋與RPC的粘結(jié)性能,基于試驗(yàn)得出RPC與高強(qiáng)鋼筋的粘結(jié)滑移曲線。分別探討鋼筋直徑、保護(hù)層厚度、鋼筋錨固長(zhǎng)度及強(qiáng)度等級(jí)對(duì)RPC與鋼筋粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明,鋼筋直徑越大、混凝土保護(hù)層越小、鋼筋錨固長(zhǎng)度越大,則鋼筋與RPC的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度越小。RPC與HRB500鋼筋的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度高于其與HRB400鋼筋的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度;谠囼(yàn)結(jié)果,通過(guò)回歸分析建立RPC與HRB500鋼筋極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度計(jì)算公式,同時(shí)給出了RPC與HRB500鋼筋臨界錨固長(zhǎng)度公式。
[Abstract]:The bond behavior of HRB500 steel bar and RPC was studied by drawing test, and the bond-slip curve between RPC and high strength steel bar was obtained based on the test. The influence of the diameter of steel bar, the thickness of protective layer, the length and grade of reinforcement Anchorage on the bond strength between RPC and steel bar is discussed. The results show that the larger the diameter of steel bar, the smaller the concrete cover and the longer the length of reinforcement Anchorage, the smaller the bond strength between RPC and RPC.The bond strength between RPC and HRB500 steel bar is higher than that with HRB400 steel bar. Based on the test results, the formula of ultimate bond strength between RPC and HRB500 steel bar is established by regression analysis, and the formula of critical anchoring length of RPC and HRB500 steel bar is given.
