商洛鉬尾礦制備泡沫陶瓷的研究

【摘要】:以商洛鉬尾礦為主要原料,添加鉀長(zhǎng)石、高嶺土等輔助原料,以SiC為發(fā)泡劑,制備高鉬尾礦含量的輕質(zhì)保溫隔熱泡沫陶瓷。采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定影響泡沫陶瓷體積密度四個(gè)因素的主次程度依次為:SiC添加量、升溫速率、保溫時(shí)間和燒成溫度。最終以8℃/min的升溫速度升至800℃,再以1℃/min升至1140℃,保溫20 min,隨爐冷卻制得體積密度0.34 g/cm~3,抗壓強(qiáng)度3.2 MPa,平均孔徑1.8 mm,氣孔分布均勻的高性能輕質(zhì)保溫隔熱泡沫陶瓷材料。
[Abstract]:Using Shangluo molybdenum tailings as main raw material, adding potassium feldspar and kaolin as auxiliary raw materials and SiC as foaming agent, light heat insulating foam ceramics with high content of molybdenum tailings were prepared.
