硫鋁酸鈣在低鐵水泥熟料中的二次形成

【摘要】:主要研究硫鋁酸鈣(C_4A_3$)在低鐵水泥熟料中的二次形成過程,以找到最佳配方及燒成制度,使得硫鋁酸鈣在低鐵水泥體系中得以共存。利用X線衍射(XRD)結合Rietveld定量方法和熱重-差示掃描量熱(TG-DSC)分析,研究了SO_3含量、燒成制度對硫鋁酸鈣形成的影響,以及熟料中各物相的形成過程。結果表明:在低鐵情況下,C_3S較難形成。由于一次燒成過程中硫的損失以及自身中間相含量低,難以結合硫,故不易形成C_4A_3$。而熟料摻CaSO_4后進行二次熱處理可獲較好的效果。研究發(fā)現硫鋁酸鈣在低鐵水泥體系中的形成溫度區(qū)間為1 050~1 270℃,溫度繼續(xù)升高將會迅速分解,最佳處理制度是1 250℃保溫處理1 h。
[Abstract]:The process of secondary formation of C4A3) in low iron cement clinker was studied in order to find the best formula and sintering system, so that calcium sulphoaluminate could coexist in low iron cement system. The effects of SO_3 content and sintering system on the formation of calcium sulphoaluminate and the formation process of various phases in clinker were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and Rietveld quantitative method and thermogravimetric differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC) analysis. The results show that it is difficult to form C3s in low iron condition. It is difficult to combine sulfur with sulfur due to the loss of sulfur and the low content of mesophase in one firing process, so it is not easy to form C4A3s. And the clinker mixed with CaSO_4 can get better effect after secondary heat treatment. It is found that the formation temperature range of calcium sulphoaluminate in low iron cement system is 1 050 鈩,
