硫鋁酸鈣的合成及其氧化鋁浸出機(jī)理(英文)

【摘要】:使用分析純CaCO_3、Al_2O_3和CaSO_4·2H_2O在1375°C保溫2h合成純硫鋁酸鈣(簡(jiǎn)寫(xiě)為C_4A_3S),通過(guò)XRD、SEM、TEM對(duì)其晶體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征。在Na_2CO_3溶液體系下研究其氧化鋁浸出性能,并通過(guò)XRD、Raman等分析手段對(duì)其浸出機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:在該條件下合成的C_4A_3S具有疏松孔洞狀微觀形貌,并存在沿著不同方向生長(zhǎng)的多晶與單晶共存結(jié)構(gòu);在最佳浸出條件下,浸出率高達(dá)98.41%,優(yōu)于同條件下12CaO·7Al_2O_3的浸出率;浸出后Al和S元素分別以Al(OH)_4~-與SO_4~(2-)的形式存在于浸出液中,Ca以CaCO_3的形式存在于浸出渣中。
[Abstract]:The pure calcium sulphoaluminate (C4A3S) was synthesized at 1375 擄C for 2 hours by using analytical Caco _ 3AL _ 2O _ 3 and CaSO_4 2H_2O. The crystal structure was characterized by XRD-SEMTEM. The leaching properties of alumina were studied in Na_2CO_3 solution system, and the leaching mechanism was analyzed by means of XRDA Raman analysis. The results show that the C_4A_3S synthesized under this condition has the porous pore morphology and the coexistence structure of polycrystalline and single crystal grown in different directions, and the leaching rate is 98.41% under the optimum leaching conditions, which is better than that of 12CaO 7Al_2O_3 under the same conditions. After leaching, Al and S elements exist in the form of CaCO_3 in leaching solution, respectively, in the form of Alo _ HH _ 4 and so _ 4 ~ + _ (2) in the leachate.
