【摘要】:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)稀水溶液對(duì)聚偏氟乙烯多孔膜涂層改性,涂層通過固-氣界面反應(yīng)在多孔膜上固定化.通過析因設(shè)計(jì)探討了改性條件(包括PVA分子量、PVA濃度、涂層時(shí)間及交聯(lián)時(shí)間)對(duì)膜的純水通量和截留率的影響,遴選出能夠使涂層阻力較小的改性條件,改性后膜表面親水性和平整性均有所提高.
[Abstract]:Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVA) porous membrane coating was modified by dilute aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). The coating was immobilized on the porous membrane by solid-gas interface reaction. The effects of modification conditions (including the concentration of PVA molecular weight, coating time and crosslinking time) on the pure water flux and retention rate of the membrane were investigated by factorial design, and the modification conditions which could reduce the resistance of the coating were selected. The surface hydrophilicity and smoothness of the modified membrane were improved.
