熱氧化分解法處理烷基化廢硫酸再生研究

【摘要】:采用熱氧化分解法處理烷基化廢硫酸,考察反應(yīng)溫度、氧化劑投加量及投加方式、反應(yīng)時(shí)間等因素對(duì)烷基化廢硫酸溶液色度、COD去除率、再生硫酸含量和硫酸回收率等質(zhì)量指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明,加入氧化劑H_2O_2對(duì)烷基化廢硫酸溶液色度和COD的去除影響不大,而HNO_3和HClO_4的加入對(duì)色度和COD的去除影響顯著;按0.1 mL/次加入體積分?jǐn)?shù)為2%的HNO_3,在280℃下反應(yīng)2 h得到無色透明的再生硫酸,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)97.5%,回收率達(dá)76.8%;按0.1 mL/次加入體積分?jǐn)?shù)為2%的HClO_4,在280℃下反應(yīng)1.5 h得到再生硫酸,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)96.7%,回收率達(dá)80.2%。通過該方法回收得到高濃度的再生硫酸,可回用到烷基化裝置或其他工業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The thermal oxidation decomposition method was used to treat alkylated waste sulfuric acid. The removal rate of COD in alkylated waste sulfuric acid solution was investigated by factors such as reaction temperature, dosage of oxidant and way of adding, reaction time and so on. The effect of quality indexes such as the content of regenerated sulfuric acid and the recovery rate of sulfuric acid. The results showed that the addition of oxidant H_2O_2 had little effect on the removal of chroma and COD of alkylated waste sulfuric acid solution, while the addition of HNO_3 and HClO_4 had a significant effect on the removal of chroma and COD.
