納米混凝土的制備及其干縮性能研究

【摘要】:采用試驗(yàn)研究與理論分析相結(jié)合的方法,在普通混凝土中分別摻入不同量的納米二氧化硅(Nano-SiO_2)和納米碳酸鈣(Nano-CaCO_3),制備出新型納米混凝土.通過微觀電鏡試驗(yàn)分析了不同納米材料對混凝土內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)變化的影響規(guī)律.通過干縮性能試驗(yàn)對比研究了不同納米材料對混凝土干縮率的影響及作用機(jī)理,并確定出最佳摻入量.研究結(jié)果表明:Nano-SiO_2和Nano-CaCO_3均能改變混凝土的干縮率,但對干縮率改變的效果不盡相同;摻入Nano-SiO_2的混凝土試件,其干縮率隨摻量的變化比摻入Nano-CaCO_3試件的干縮率變化更為明顯,當(dāng)Nano-SiO_2的摻量為0.5%或Nano-CaCO_3的摻量為2.0%時(shí),混凝土試件的干縮率最小.研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),混凝土的干縮與混凝土自身密實(shí)程度、彎月面產(chǎn)生的數(shù)量以及內(nèi)部濕度存在著動(dòng)態(tài)平衡的關(guān)系.
[Abstract]:By combining the experimental study with theoretical analysis, a new type of nano-concrete was prepared by adding Nano-SiO-2 (nano-silica) and Nano-CaCO _ 3 (Nano-CaCO _ 3) respectively into ordinary concrete. The influence of different nano-materials on the internal structure of concrete was analyzed by microscopic electron microscope test. The effect and mechanism of different nano-materials on shrinkage rate of concrete were studied by dry shrinkage test, and the optimum blending amount was determined. The results show that both: Nano-SiO _ 2 and Nano-CaCO_3 can change the dry shrinkage rate of concrete, but the effect of the change of dry shrinkage rate is not the same, and the dry shrinkage rate of concrete specimens doped with Nano-SiO_2 is more obvious than that of Nano-CaCO_3 specimen. When the content of Nano-SiO_2 is 0.5% or the content of Nano-CaCO_3 is 2.0, the shrinkage rate of concrete specimen is minimum. It is also found that there is a dynamic equilibrium relationship between the shrinkage of concrete and the density of concrete itself, the amount of meniscus produced and the internal humidity.
