磷石膏制硫酸銨的反應(yīng)機(jī)理與動(dòng)力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究了磷石膏制取硫酸銨的反應(yīng)機(jī)理與本征動(dòng)力學(xué)速率方程,通過(guò)理論研究與實(shí)驗(yàn)論證發(fā)現(xiàn),上述反應(yīng)是在磷石膏與碳酸銨的固液界面上進(jìn)行的,符合縮芯模型。在動(dòng)力學(xué)速率方程參數(shù)的測(cè)定中,由于磷石膏微溶于水,反應(yīng)速率近似地認(rèn)為只與碳酸銨的濃度有關(guān),實(shí)驗(yàn)是在低溫、低碳酸銨濃度、高攪拌速率以及磷石膏過(guò)量的條件下進(jìn)行的,實(shí)驗(yàn)得到了溫度為0,5,10℃時(shí)的速率常數(shù),同時(shí)將不同溫度的速率常數(shù)進(jìn)行擬合得到了磷石膏與碳酸銨反應(yīng)的活化能為37 246.64 J/mol,指前因子為77 033.83 min-1。
[Abstract]:The reaction mechanism and kinetic rate equation of ammonium sulfate from phosphogypsum were studied . It was found that the reaction was carried out on the solid - liquid interface of phosphogypsum and ammonium carbonate . The reaction rate was similar to the concentration of ammonium carbonate .
