硅酸鋁纖維板熱導(dǎo)率擬合方程的建立及試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:以防護(hù)熱板法測(cè)量熱導(dǎo)率,分析了測(cè)試溫度(≤500℃)、密度對(duì)硅酸鋁纖維板熱導(dǎo)率的影響,建立了硅酸鋁纖維板熱導(dǎo)率的擬合方程,并通過(guò)實(shí)際測(cè)量對(duì)擬合方程進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:硅酸鋁纖維板的熱導(dǎo)率與測(cè)試溫度、密度具有顯著的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系。實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果與擬合方程的計(jì)算結(jié)果相吻合,≤300℃時(shí)的偏差在±3%以?xún)?nèi),500℃時(shí)的偏差在±5%以?xún)?nèi),可見(jiàn),擬合方程準(zhǔn)確可靠,可作為硅酸鋁纖維板熱導(dǎo)率確定的一種參考方法。
[Abstract]:The thermal conductivity was measured by the protective thermal plate method. The effect of the test temperature (less than 500) and the density on the thermal conductivity of the aluminum silicate fiberboard was analyzed. The fitting equation of the thermal conductivity of the aluminum silicate fiberboard was established. The fitting equation was verified by the actual measurement. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the aluminum silicate fiberboard has a significant line with the test temperature and density. The measured results are in agreement with the calculated results of the fitting equation. The deviations at less than 300 degrees are within + 3%, and the deviation at 500 is less than 5%. The fitting equation is accurate and reliable, which can be used as a reference method for determining the thermal conductivity of aluminum silicate fiberboard.
