【摘要】：探討了路面磚發(fā)生泛堿的機理,利用X射線衍射儀分析了泛堿物質(zhì)成分,提出了一種新的測試泛堿的方法,并研究了硅烷基粉末SHP-50和粉煤灰對路面磚泛堿的影響規(guī)律。試驗結果表明,泛堿產(chǎn)物的成分主要為碳酸氫鈉和無水芒硝;此新型測試泛堿方法能更好的檢驗路面磚的抗泛堿能力;隨著SHP-50含量的增加,路面磚的泛堿程度越來越輕直至無可見泛堿;隨著粉煤灰摻量的提高,路面磚的泛堿程度有所減輕。
[Abstract]:The mechanism of common alkali in road brick was discussed. The composition of pan base material was analyzed by X ray diffractometer. A new method for the test of Pan alkali was put forward, and the influence rule of silicon alkyl powder SHP-50 and fly ash on the alkali of road brick was studied. The experimental results showed that the main composition of the alkali product was sodium bicarbonate and anhydrous mirabilite. The alkali resistance of pavement bricks can be tested better by using the test method. With the increase of SHP-50 content, the degree of alkali generalization of the pavement brick is becoming lighter and less until it is visible. With the increase of the fly ash content, the degree of alkali generalization of the pavement brick is reduced.
