【摘要】：超重力旋轉(zhuǎn)床自問(wèn)世以來(lái)受到了廣泛的關(guān)注,并已應(yīng)用于化學(xué)工業(yè)之中。目前,超重力旋轉(zhuǎn)床轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)主要是根據(jù)其流體力學(xué)以及傳質(zhì)性能的要求不斷地進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。本文根據(jù)超重力旋轉(zhuǎn)床轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)的不同,將其分為填料式、板式和復(fù)合式3種類型,并據(jù)此介紹了不同類型超重力旋轉(zhuǎn)床的轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其流體力學(xué)和傳質(zhì)性能進(jìn)行了總結(jié)、對(duì)比和分析,指出了不同類型超重力旋轉(zhuǎn)床轉(zhuǎn)子的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和可能存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)化工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中超重力旋轉(zhuǎn)床的選型以及轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)的研究具有指導(dǎo)作用。最后提出了超重力旋轉(zhuǎn)床在應(yīng)用方面研究的不足,并對(duì)其未來(lái)可能的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行展望,指出超重力旋轉(zhuǎn)床轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)可以從填料和液體分布等方面進(jìn)行研究,應(yīng)用范圍可以從裝備集成方面進(jìn)行拓展。
[Abstract]:High-gravity rotating bed has been widely concerned since it came into being and has been applied in chemical industry. At present, the improvement of rotor structure of high gravity rotating bed is based on the requirements of hydrodynamics and mass transfer. In this paper, according to the different rotor structure of hypergravity rotating bed, it can be divided into three types: packing type, plate type and compound type. Based on this, the rotor structure characteristics and research status of different types of high gravity rotating bed are introduced. The characteristics of hydrodynamics and mass transfer are summarized, compared and analyzed, and the advantages and possible problems of different types of hypergravity rotating bed rotors are pointed out. It can guide the selection of high gravity rotating bed and the research of rotor structure in chemical production process. Finally, the deficiency of the research on the application of hypergravity rotating bed is put forward, and the possible future development direction is prospected. It is pointed out that the improvement of the rotor structure of the high gravity rotating bed can be studied from the aspects of packing and liquid distribution, etc. The scope of application can be extended from the aspect of equipment integration.
