煙氣調(diào)質(zhì)過程中天然堿的碳酸化特性

【摘要】:在常壓固定床反應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺上,研究了煙氣調(diào)質(zhì)天然堿過程中天然堿的碳酸化特性,考察反應(yīng)前后天然堿表面形態(tài)的變化以及反應(yīng)溫度、CO_2和水分體積分?jǐn)?shù)對天然堿碳酸化反應(yīng)的影響,并借助失活模型對天然堿的碳酸化過程進(jìn)行了反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模擬.結(jié)果表明:碳酸化反應(yīng)后天然堿表面形態(tài)發(fā)生明顯變化,反應(yīng)后天然堿結(jié)構(gòu)疏松,內(nèi)部孔隙增多;反應(yīng)溫度的降低提高了天然堿碳酸化的反應(yīng)速率常數(shù),使得天然堿的碳酸化反應(yīng)加快,反應(yīng)溫度分別為50℃、60℃和70℃時(shí),天然堿的轉(zhuǎn)化率分別為50%、31%,和24%;隨著水分體積分?jǐn)?shù)的增加天然堿的轉(zhuǎn)化率迅速增加,當(dāng)水分體積分?jǐn)?shù)為4%時(shí),天然堿的最高轉(zhuǎn)化率僅為10%,而當(dāng)水分體積分?jǐn)?shù)為20%時(shí),最高轉(zhuǎn)化率可達(dá)52%;CO_2體積分?jǐn)?shù)的增加也顯著提高了反應(yīng)速率常數(shù),促進(jìn)碳酸化反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行;失活模型均能較好地模擬天然堿的碳酸化過程,其相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于95%.
[Abstract]:The carbonation characteristics of natural alkaloids in the process of flue gas tempering and tempering were studied on a fixed bed reactor. The changes of surface morphology of natural alkali before and after the reaction and the effects of reaction temperature and water volume fraction on the carbonation of natural alkali were investigated. The kinetics of carbonation of natural base was simulated by deactivation model. The results showed that the surface morphology of natural alkali changed obviously after carbonation, the structure of natural alkali was loose, the internal porosity increased, and the rate constant of carbonation increased with the decrease of reaction temperature. The carbonation reaction of the natural base was accelerated, and the conversion rate of the natural base was 50 ~ 31C and 24% respectively at the reaction temperature of 50 鈩,
