稀土—銀型抗菌白炭黑的制備及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:抗菌材料作為一種新型功能材料,能夠有效地抑制周圍環(huán)境中的細(xì)菌、病菌等對人體有害的微生物。因無機(jī)抗菌材料抗菌效果顯著,用途廣泛,環(huán)境友好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)成為了人們研究的重點(diǎn)。本論文采用溶膠凝膠法,選用水玻璃、小蘇打?yàn)樵?銀離子為抗菌離子,稀土離子為添加劑,并通過控制二次粒子生成,制備顆粒均勻,比表面積大的新型稀土-銀型抗菌白炭黑。論文通過實(shí)驗(yàn)找出最佳的制備條件。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用FTIR, XRD, SEM, EDS等對抗菌材料進(jìn)行表征。同時選用自制的銀鈥抗菌白炭黑為抗菌劑,903硅橡膠為原料,制備出抗菌硅橡膠。結(jié)果表明,銀鈥抗菌白炭黑最佳的制備條件為:銀離子濃度0.09 mol·L-1,鈥離子濃度0.003mol·L-1,反應(yīng)時間2.5 h時。XRD圖譜顯示抗菌劑為無定形態(tài),SEM和EDS圖譜顯示抗菌劑中含有銀離子和稀土離子。FTIR圖譜顯示添加銀離子及稀土離子后,抗菌劑的結(jié)構(gòu)改變較小,稀土-銀型抗菌白炭黑具備抗菌性的同時依然可以應(yīng)用于白炭黑適用的領(lǐng)域?咕鹉z的力學(xué)性能及抗菌性能檢測結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)添加銀鈥抗菌白炭黑的量為硅橡膠質(zhì)量的0.5%時,為其最佳添加量,橡膠的力學(xué)性能符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且抗菌率超過99%。
[Abstract]:As a new functional material, antimicrobial materials can effectively inhibit bacteria, bacteria and other harmful microorganisms in the surrounding environment. Inorganic antimicrobial materials have become the focus of research because of their remarkable antibacterial effect, wide application and environmental friendliness. In this paper, the method of sol-gel was used, sodium silicate, baking soda as raw material, silver ion as antibacterial ion, rare earth ion as additive, and the particles were uniform by controlling the formation of secondary particles. A new type of rare earth-silver type antibacterial silica with large specific surface area. The best preparation conditions are found through experiments. The antibacterial materials were characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM, EDS. At the same time, antibacterial silicone rubber was prepared by using silver holmium antibacterial silica as raw material. The results show that The optimum preparation conditions for silver holmium silica were as follows: silver ion concentration 0.09 mol L -1, holmium ion concentration 0.003mol L -1, reaction time 2.5 h. The results showed that the antimicrobial agents were amorphous and EDS spectra showed that silver ions and rare earth ions existed in the antimicrobial agents. FTIR spectra show that after the addition of silver ions and rare earth ions, The structure of antimicrobial agent is small and the rare earth-silver type antibacterial silica can still be used in the field of silica even though it has antimicrobial properties. The test results of the mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of antibacterial rubber show that when the amount of silver holmium antibacterial silica is 0.5 of the quality of silicone rubber, the optimum addition amount is the mechanical properties of the rubber are in line with the industry standard and the antibacterial rate is more than 9999.
