【摘要】:利用二甲醚催化燃燒作為二甲醚重整制氫的熱源可有效簡化系統(tǒng)和提高效率,通過對比不同載體、不同Pt負載量以及不同助劑對Pt催化劑的性能影響,篩選出了最適合二甲醚低溫起燃催化燃燒的催化劑.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),HZSM-5型分子篩作為二甲醚催化燃燒載體具有較好的起燃特性,同時加入助劑Ce可以顯著提高催化劑活性,起燃溫度相對Pt/HZSM-5降低了58℃.Pt-Ce/HZSM-5催化劑的二甲醚起燃特性實驗表明,在過量空氣系數(shù)為1.1時具有最佳的起燃特性.對Pt-Ce/HZSM-5催化劑進行了穩(wěn)定性實驗,100h內(nèi)催化劑性能穩(wěn)定.
[Abstract]:The catalytic combustion of dimethyl ether as a heat source for hydrogen production from dimethyl ether reforming can effectively simplify the system and improve the efficiency. The effects of different supports, different Pt loading amount and different additives on the performance of Pt catalyst are compared. The most suitable catalyst for catalytic combustion of dimethyl ether at low temperature was selected. It was found that HZSM-5 molecular sieve as a catalyst for dimethyl ether combustion had better ignition characteristics, and the addition of ce could significantly improve the activity of the catalyst.
