超細(xì)氧化鋁的高分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)凝膠法制備與研究

【摘要】:以硝酸鋁溶液為原料,聚丙烯酰胺為單體,N,N′-亞甲基丙烯酰胺為網(wǎng)絡(luò)劑,硫酸銨為引發(fā)劑,采用高分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)凝膠法制備了超細(xì)氧化鋁粉體。研究了沉淀劑種類,單體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)劑及引發(fā)劑的質(zhì)量比,和單體質(zhì)量對(duì)合成氧化鋁凝膠的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:以氨水為沉淀劑,當(dāng)單體質(zhì)量為0.05 g,單體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)劑、引發(fā)劑質(zhì)量比為5:1:1,聚合溫度達(dá)到65℃時(shí),可獲得均勻、穩(wěn)定的氧化鋁凝膠;經(jīng)900℃煅燒2 h后可獲得的粒徑細(xì)小,分散性好的氧化鋁粉體。
[Abstract]:The ultrafine alumina powder was prepared by polymer network gel method using aluminum nitrate solution as raw material, polyacrylamide as the monomer NNN- methylene acrylamide as network agent and ammonium sulfate as initiator. The effects of precipitating agent, mass ratio of monomer, network agent and initiator and monomer mass on the synthesis of alumina gel were studied.
