氣固分離膜材料的制備及性能

【摘要】:采用無機(jī)陶瓷纖維制備氣固分離膜,利用短長徑比的纖維在支撐體上制備過濾膜層,對(duì)膜層的過濾阻力、濾后空氣含塵量以及反吹再生性能等進(jìn)行測(cè)試。經(jīng)對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),采用長徑比為8~14的硅酸鋁纖維制成的過濾膜性能最佳。在1 m/min的過濾風(fēng)速下該膜層的初始阻力為108 Pa,經(jīng)0.6 MPa的氣壓循環(huán)反吹300次后的平衡阻力為145 Pa,濾后空氣含塵量為195μg/m~3。對(duì)0.03~0.06 MPa的反吹壓力清灰后的平衡阻力進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,0.06 MPa的反吹壓力下平衡阻力為146 Pa,與0.6 MPa反吹后的平衡阻力相仿,所以反吹壓力≥0.06 MPa時(shí)即可達(dá)到最佳反吹效果。
[Abstract]:The gas-solid separation membrane was prepared by inorganic ceramic fiber, and the filter membrane layer was prepared on the support by using the fiber with short aspect ratio. The filtration resistance of the membrane layer, the dust content in the air after filtration and the regeneration performance of the backblow were tested. It was found by comparison that the filtration membrane made of aluminum silicate fiber with a aspect ratio of 814 was the best. The initial resistance of the membrane is 108Paat 1 m/min, the equilibrium resistance of the membrane is 145Paafter 0.6 MPa backblow, and the dust content of the filtered air is 195 渭 g / m ~ (-1). The equilibrium resistance of 0.03 and 0.06 MPa backblowing pressure after soot cleaning was tested. The equilibrium resistance of 0.06 MPa backblowing pressure was 146Pa. it was similar to that of 0.6 MPa backblowing pressure, so the best backblowing effect could be achieved when the backblowing pressure was 鈮,
