十水碳酸鈉在碳酸鋰生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:探討了采用ADC發(fā)泡劑副產(chǎn)堿渣十水碳酸鈉替代工業(yè)純堿生產(chǎn)碳酸鋰的可能性,分別以工業(yè)純堿、副產(chǎn)堿渣十水碳酸鈉配制的碳酸鈉溶液制備碳酸鋰,并做了對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),考察了堿渣十水碳酸鈉對(duì)成品碳酸鋰品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),本工藝不僅可以使堿渣十水碳酸鈉變廢為寶,降低碳酸鋰的生產(chǎn)成本,同時(shí)還可適當(dāng)提高碳酸鋰的質(zhì)量,并且拓寬ADC發(fā)泡劑副產(chǎn)堿渣十水碳酸鈉的處理途徑。
[Abstract]:The possibility of using ADC foaming agent to produce lithium carbonate by alkali residue decahydrate instead of industrial soda was discussed. The lithium carbonate was prepared from the solution of industrial soda, sodium carbonate and sodium carbonate, respectively, and a comparative experiment was made. The effect of alkali residue and sodium carbonate decahydrate on the quality of lithium carbonate was investigated. The results show that the process can not only make alkali residue decahydrate sodium carbonate waste as a treasure, reduce the production cost of lithium carbonate, but also improve the quality of lithium carbonate properly, and widen the treatment way of soda residue decahydrate sodium carbonate produced by ADC foaming agent.
