【摘要】：隨著人工凍結(jié)法在礦井建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,礦區(qū)工程常會面臨井塔樁基礎(chǔ)在人工凍土中施工的問題,為了給凍土條件下井塔樁基礎(chǔ)的施工提供指導(dǎo),有必要對人工凍土灌注樁樁身溫度場及混凝土強(qiáng)度的發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。本文通過試驗方法,對人工凍土條件下混凝土灌注樁進(jìn)行了樁身溫度場監(jiān)測及混凝土強(qiáng)度檢測。通過試驗數(shù)據(jù)得到了土體在-5℃條件下,鉆孔灌注樁樁身溫度場的發(fā)展規(guī)律和混凝土強(qiáng)度增長特性。同時以該條件下鉆孔灌注樁的試驗數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),運(yùn)用有限元軟件進(jìn)行樁身溫度場數(shù)值模擬計算,并將模擬結(jié)果與實測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析,確定了合理的的模擬參數(shù),建立了有效的數(shù)值模型。并在此基礎(chǔ)上對土體不同負(fù)溫下人工凍土灌注樁樁身溫度場進(jìn)行計算分析,得出了土體不同負(fù)溫對人工凍土灌注樁樁身溫度場的影響變化。研究結(jié)果可為人工凍土條件下鉆孔灌注樁的施工提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the application of artificial freezing method in mine construction more and more widely, mining area engineering often faces the problem of tower pile foundation construction in artificial frozen soil, in order to provide guidance for the construction of shaft tower pile foundation under frozen soil conditions. It is necessary to study the development of temperature field and concrete strength of artificial frozen soil cast-in-place pile. In this paper, the temperature field and concrete strength of concrete cast-in-place pile under the condition of artificial frozen soil are monitored by test method.
