臭氧的固載機(jī)理及醫(yī)用價(jià)值研究

【摘要】:臭氧是一種具有強(qiáng)氧化性的氣體,可以殺滅多種病菌,被廣泛應(yīng)用在凈水處理、食物保鮮等方面。近年來(lái),臭氧作為一種新型的醫(yī)療手段逐漸被大眾所接受,這方面的研究也取得了令人鼓舞的成果。臭氧醫(yī)療具有治療范圍廣、見(jiàn)效快、無(wú)副作用等特點(diǎn),還不會(huì)產(chǎn)生耐藥性。但因?yàn)槌粞跬ǔJ窃跉怏w狀態(tài),而且臭氧本身以及水溶液極其不穩(wěn)定,因此難以長(zhǎng)時(shí)間儲(chǔ)存,這也是制約其應(yīng)用的一大因素。本文提出讓“臭氧固載”的設(shè)想,即:選擇合適的臭氧載體和制備反應(yīng)條件,使得臭氧和載體之間的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度適當(dāng),這樣來(lái)固載臭氧,控制臭氧化合物中臭氧的釋放速度。同時(shí)結(jié)合Criegee所提出的臭氧與烯烴反應(yīng)的三步機(jī)理,通過(guò)基于密度泛函理論的第一原理計(jì)算法理論計(jì)算臭氧和乙烯、丁二烯、丙烯酸及噻吩及其臭氧化物的靜電荷、共價(jià)鍵和最低空軌道(LUMO)和最高占據(jù)軌道(HOMO)電子布居及能級(jí)。通過(guò)所得的數(shù)據(jù)和比較發(fā)現(xiàn):類(lèi)如乙烯的不飽和烯烴與臭氧發(fā)生反應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足Criegee三步機(jī)理;所生成的臭氧化物:臭氧丙烯酸的穩(wěn)定性比臭氧乙烯、臭氧丁二烯強(qiáng),臭氧噻吩的穩(wěn)定性比臭氧乙烯強(qiáng),并且具有滿(mǎn)足讓“臭氧固載”這一設(shè)想成立的趨勢(shì)。繼續(xù)演算其他直鏈不飽和烯烴和噻吩類(lèi)衍生物,理論上能夠得到滿(mǎn)足設(shè)想的理想的臭氧載體。為了驗(yàn)證了“臭氧固載”這一設(shè)想的可行性,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn),將理想的載體和臭氧反應(yīng)生成的臭氧化物通過(guò)大豆油(或改性大豆油)融合,對(duì)其含氧量進(jìn)行測(cè)定,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:其含氧量達(dá)到了預(yù)期的濃度,而且在常溫下具有兩年有效期。這種臭氧化物油劑的出現(xiàn)將彌補(bǔ)臭氧不穩(wěn)定性的缺點(diǎn),拓寬臭氧醫(yī)療的新思路,使臭氧醫(yī)療更加簡(jiǎn)便、經(jīng)濟(jì),值得廣泛推廣。另外,為了驗(yàn)證這類(lèi)藥品的安全性和有效性,對(duì)本類(lèi)藥品做了醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)和治療對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:本類(lèi)藥品完全符合醫(yī)學(xué)要求,安全有效。本類(lèi)藥品能夠完全替代抗生素類(lèi)藥品,對(duì)痤瘡;手、足、體癬;陰道炎等細(xì)菌或真菌引起的皮膚病或炎癥有很好的治療作用。由于我國(guó)上述患者眾多,因此經(jīng)過(guò)規(guī)范化推廣后,本類(lèi)藥品的未來(lái)的市場(chǎng)前景預(yù)期將非常好。
[Abstract]:Ozone, a kind of strong oxidizing gas, can kill many kinds of bacteria and is widely used in water purification and food preservation. In recent years, ozone has been gradually accepted by the public as a new medical means. This research has also achieved encouraging results. Ozone medical treatment has a wide range of treatment, quick effect, no side effect. However, because ozone is usually in the gas state, and because the ozone itself and the water solution are extremely unstable, it is difficult to store it for a long time. This is also a major factor restricting its application. This article proposes the idea of "ozone immobilization", that is, to select the appropriate ozone carrier and prepare the reaction conditions. The bonding strength between the ozone and the carrier is appropriate, so that ozone is immobilized and the release rate of ozone in the ozone compound is controlled. At the same time, combined with the three step mechanism of ozone and olefin reaction proposed by Criegee, ozone and ethylene, butadiene, acrylic acid and thiophene are calculated by the first principle calculation method based on density functional theory. The static charge of ozo, covalent and lowest space orbit (LUMO) and the highest occupying orbit (HOMO) electron distribution and energy level. Through the obtained data and comparison, it is found that the reaction of the unsaturated olefins like ethylene and ozone satisfies the three step mechanism of the Criegee; the ozonate of the ozonaa is more stable than ozonoethylene and ozonine. Diene is stronger and the stability of ozone thiophene is stronger than that of ozone, and it has a tendency to satisfy the assumption that "ozone is immobilized". To continue to calculate other straight chain unsaturated olefins and thiophene derivatives, the ideal ozone carrier can be obtained in theory. In order to verify the feasibility of the idea of "ozone immobilization", Through the experiment, the oxygen content of the ozonation, which is produced by the ideal carrier and the ozone reaction, is determined by the fusion of soybean oil (or modified soybean oil). The experimental results show that the oxygen content of the ozonation can reach the expected concentration and has two years of validity at the normal temperature. The appearance of this ozooate oil will make up for the lack of ozone instability. In addition, in order to verify the safety and effectiveness of this kind of medicine, the medicine test and treatment contrast experiment on this kind of medicine have been done. The results show that this kind of medicine is completely in conformity with the medical requirements and is safe and effective. This kind of medicine can be completely replaced. Antibiotic drugs have a good therapeutic effect on acne, hands, feet, tinea corporis, and other bacterial or fungal skin diseases or inflammation caused by vaginitis. Because of the number of these patients in China, the future market prospects of this kind of drugs are expected to be very good.
