【摘要】：隨著高爐煉鐵工藝的發(fā)展,大量經(jīng)濟(jì)料的采用,以及強(qiáng)化冶煉導(dǎo)致爐缸工況條件日益惡化,使得陶瓷杯使用壽命大為降低。在分析高爐陶瓷杯用耐火材料損毀原因的基礎(chǔ)上,對原有塑性相復(fù)合剛玉磚進(jìn)行優(yōu)化升級,通過引入復(fù)合添加劑、采用有機(jī)樹脂結(jié)合及優(yōu)化燒成制度等措施開發(fā)出了大型高爐陶瓷杯用新型塑性相復(fù)合剛玉磚(TD-I)。新型塑性相復(fù)合剛玉磚是一種塑性相、炭復(fù)合結(jié)合新結(jié)構(gòu)耐火制品,綜合性能優(yōu)良,其顯氣孔率僅為11.0%,但是熱震穩(wěn)定性大于25次,實(shí)現(xiàn)了材料低氣孔和優(yōu)良的熱震穩(wěn)定性的統(tǒng)一,可改善材料的抗侵蝕性能。制品的1000℃導(dǎo)熱率為6.22 W·(m·K)-1,適度的導(dǎo)熱可使得陶瓷杯的隔熱及保護(hù)炭磚的兩個(gè)作用得到充分發(fā)揮,延長使用壽命。
[Abstract]:With the development of blast furnace ironmaking technology, the adoption of a large amount of economical materials and the intensified smelting lead to the deterioration of the working conditions of the hearth, which greatly reduces the service life of the ceramic cup. Based on the analysis of the causes of the damage of refractory material used in the ceramic cup of blast furnace, the original plastic composite corundum brick was optimized and upgraded, and the composite additive was introduced. A new type of plastic phase composite corundum brick for large blast furnace ceramic cup was developed by means of organic resin combination and optimizing sintering system. A new type of plastic phase composite corundum brick is a plastic phase, and a new type of refractory product with a new structure combined with carbon composite has good comprehensive properties. Its apparent porosity is only 11.0, but the thermal shock stability is more than 25 times.
